The Pee-wee Thread Rolling machines line-up includes several models designed for different production needs:

UPW® Low Cost Line: These machines range from 5to to 100to, with additional power available on request. They feature Siemens SPS controls and frequency converters for variable speeds, accommodating all known forming processes in in-feed or throughfeed modes. Their design supports easy manual operation and the potential for automation.

PEE-WEE® CNC: Offered in capacities from 15to to 35to, these machines have a rigid cast design and CNC-controlled slide axes. They include Siemens SPS S7 controls, frequency converters, and integrated quality assurance systems. They are ideal for forming threads, profiles, and serrations, with hydraulic back lash compensations as an optional feature.

PEE-WEE® CNC AC: Available from 10to to 100to, these machines have one or two CNC-controlled hydraulic roll form slides and two AC servo-driven shafts. They are designed for easy automation and robot integration, providing efficient setup and operation conditions.

Each model emphasises precision, ease of use, and the potential for high production rates through either in-feed or throughfeed processes, making them suitable for sophisticated 3-shift operations. Automation options further enhance their productivity and efficiency.
